So how do you produce a "download on here? Say if I was to do the same with my book?

In this advert for your book you say paperback 16.50 Download $5.00 - how does the down load work and and how can I do it for my book? Thank you - sorry to be such a bother - smile - oh and I think your book probaly woold work with out the table of contects. Many continued blassings on it!

The publisher is Createspace (an amazon self publishing company) and I hold and maintain all rights to the work. It is copyrighted through me and it is sold through amazon - and yours?
